- Got 3 contractors to quote
- Bought a double basin single drainer
- Bought a single inlet, double outlet kitchen tap for dry kitchen
- Bought a single inlet, single outlet kitchen tap for wet kitchen
- Bought a sink for the common toilet
- Bought floor tiles for common toilet

- Stand Fan
- Kitchen Mosaic tiles RM12 x 12
- Spot/track light RM120 x 1
- Panasonic Air Conditioning x 1
